1. Practical #7&8 - Chocolates

    Making truffles and chocolates is not as easy as I thought. I have a whole new level of respect and understanding for chocolatiers. Can’t wait to do more of this kind of thing and experiment with flavors and fillings and shapes…

    This lesson was focused on dark chocolates. The chef made truffles, pralines etc and also a chocolate box and flower. He makes it look so easy.
